Historic Markers installed at three
|
|
| FIRST STEP IN INSTALLATION: Mark
Morgan, Mark Mowery, and Lucinda Burnham from Norris Dam State Park augered
the next six holes to make our job much easier to install the historic
markers. They worked cheap... hot Krispy Kremes and purple bandanas
and they were happy! We are DEFINITELY happy and thankful for the
augered holes!! |

All markers will be located along Highway 116 (Fraterville Miners' Memorial Highway) Parking area of Laurel Branch Church at Circle Cemetery Drive marker to be installed for Cross Mountain Miners' Circle. The cemetery is located on the hillside above the church. |
