Allen will be available to answer questions, according to information from the Coal Creek Watershed Foundation. Also, engineer Barry Thacker, who is spearheading the Coal Creek foundation, will discuss future events related to the Coal Creek watershed, flooding and national attention being focused on local efforts to stop flooding of the creek, which runs between Lake City and Briceville.
